Any piece of handbag or accessory gets to suffer, even during normal use. So please always use your Ms. Bay product carefully. For advice on how to care for your Ms. Bay, please check our designated Care page.
If a problem occurs with a Ms. Bay product (also, the ‘Item’) and it is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will fix or replace that product, in accordance with the terms and conditions as stated below.
You should never receive an item which wouldn’t pass our quality control. If for some reason, you do receive a Ms. Bay with a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the item. We will gladly replace it. This service is not offered on damage from normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or liquids of any kind and transport damage.
You are responsible for all costs getting the product to Ms. Bay’ central office including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes.
If your Ms. Bay is in need of a repair or other care, you can always contact us. We will either propose to take care of the problem for you or advise you on what you can do to make your Ms. Bay item good as new again.
You have the right to withdraw from the sale contract within 14 days from the day of the delivery.
This without having to pay a fine and without indication of reason or motive. The Buyer must return the goods in original condition and packaging and at own risk to our central office. There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the customer’s specifications. Only online purchased goods can be returned to this address. For all other returns, you should contact your Ms. Bay salespoint.
All returns must be accompanied by our “RETURN FORM“. Returns made without this document may not be processed correctly or timely at the Buyers risk.
